Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund/exchange your item within 30 days (in exceptional cases we may extend this deadline) of receipt, providing all labels, swing tickets etc. are attached and the item is in it’s original condition.

Lowry’s Sweater & Gift Shop will NOT pay the return costs incurred by the customer.
If you wish to exchange an item we will only pay the cost of shipping where the item was defective or where there was an error on our part.

Refunds will be given for the cost of the items only and will not include the original shipping charge.
Please quote your order and return numbers on all returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Only items purchased directly from LOWRYS.IE website with proof of order confirmation can be exchanged/refunded by LOWRYS.IE. To return an item purchased in our high street store please contact us by email at
lowrysshop@gmail.com.

Shipping

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

We charge a flat rate of US$35.00 approx per order for deliveries to the USA/Canada and Australia. So you can buy as many products for one delivery cost.*Deliveries to USA & Canada take approx. 14-16 working days from the date of
shipment.

*Deliveries to Ireland are €6.50 and delivery is normally 1-2 days.
*Deliveries to UK £20.00 (approximately) and delivery is normally 2-5 days
*Deliveries to Europe* €33.00 approximately and delivery is normally 3-6 days.
*Deliveries to Russia take approximately 10-16 working days.
*Delivery to the Rest of the World is US$35.00.
*Delivery times shown above are approx. delivery times.
**Smaller, lighter packages may cost less (email us for a quote).

Deliveries may arrive before or after these times. Please note packages may be delayed from time to time due to adverse weather conditions, airport closures, customs delays or during periods of high volume of general deliveries. These delays are completely out of our control. We do our best to ensure your package arrives safely. If for some reason your package hasn’t arrived please contact us for your tracking number and we will do our best to establish the whereabouts of the package for you.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders in 24-72 hours on receipt of order. Please note items are dispatched week days only excluding holiday weekends.
Please note,deliveries to UK, Europe, USA & Canada are made by Fedex, subject to courier availability to your area.

Fedex cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, therefore, any orders with a PO Box shipping address will be sent by registered post, and will take longer to arrive.

If for some reason your item is out of stock we will email you with an estimated delivery date, an alternative option of your purchase such as colour or similar style where available or a full refund.

TAXES/DUTIES

Any taxes and or duties on your order will NOT be included in your online total.
The carrier will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes at time of delivery. Since we do not charge, or collect these taxes, they won’t be included in your online total. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these charges.
